Lead Fields and Program Status

Noticing fields that I set with Status Update Triggers like Program Status are no where to be found in my Lead Info. Is this normal or is it just the way this instance is setup? I would think information like which Engagement Program they are currently in and the Program Status would be in there. I have to image since Marketo is updates the status the information has to exist somewhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
