How do you create a call out box within an email?

I would like to create a call out box within an email. I would like the box to be filled with color and with white text within it. We tried to create a single row, single column table with background color but we are having major problems with getting the cell padding and cell spacing to display correctly. The workaround we have put into place is complicated for what should be such a simple thing.

Can anyone help or offer advice?

There are many templates with callout buttons with white text at http://templates.marketo.com.  You can import and customize them fairly easily

Hi Raj, 

Thank you for your suggestion. My company, IGT, uses specially-created templates so I cannot use a template from the Marketo library. However, I am looking to re-create an element from then, namely the call out boxes with color and white text. 

Is this something you can help me with?
