Global Token for our company details in emails

Can I create a global token or does it already exist, so that I can simply and quickly add our company information to the footer of emails.  Right now when I create new emails using system templates, I have to type in our footer information.  How can I go about creating a token that can be pulled for emails and landing pages?

You could create a {{my.token}} proper (Rich Text, at the top of your folder hierarchy).  But this precise task is more commonly done with a static snippet.

If you check the docs, you'll learn how to create and insert snippets.

    It depends a little on the situation whether it's a snippet or token.

    There are several threads on this as well as presentations from the Summit from Adam New Waterson and Jeff.

      Hi Jaime,

      In addition to Sanford's and Josh's inputs, you can also create folder level tokens and do this at the top level folders (but not at instance nor workspace level).
