It would be great to have "select all" accounts feature in TAM where all the accounts need to be marked as named accounts if needed. Currently, we have to select accounts manually.
Hello, Allow to set a number in the Random Sample filter instead of a percentage is key when we have batch sending to be done by hour. This is key when we want to deliver in China, creating multiple campaigns is too heavy and too manual. e.g., I have to deliver a newsletter to 80K Chinese contacts and the rhythm is 200 emails/hourCurrently there is no choice than creating multiple campaigns and this is taking ages and is not humanly sustainable. With the Random Sample set to 200 as limit we can set a limited number of campaigns working with recurrence and excluding the ones who already received the email.Allowing a by hour recurrence would be awesome too 🙂
Description - In large projects, if any edits are made other than in-line (bulk-editing of tasks), the page refreshes and the scroll position of the task list is reset to top. This can be quite frustrating and time consuming having to re-find the task sets being edited or worked on. Why is this feature important to you - It's time consuming and frustrating having to re-find the tasks. Using the list search helps, but list search filters the task set, rather than locating the position of the task that matches and showing all of the other tasks. How would you like the feature to work - After using task edit function, refresh the updated tasks without losing the scroll position of the task list. Current Behaviour - Page refreshes and the scroll position is reset to top.
Issue: Marketo is able to create a marketing list in CRM. That list is created with a standard naming convention based on the last 12 digits of the campaign ID the list is being related to: Mkto-Leads-Last12DigitOfCampCrmID Mkto-Contacts-Last12DigitOfCampCrmID Unfortunately, this is causing confusion because the list names are being duplicated, even though they are attached to different campaigns. There are a lot of instances where the last 12 digits (or more) of a campaign ID are identical between several different campaign. I'd love to see this improved to allow custom names when creating a CRM Marketing list.
I've run into a situation a few times where there are UI complications because of smaller resolutions or people utilizing web Browser Zoom or System Scaling to improve readability on smaller displays. I think improved support for resolutions that you would find on a laptop screen or on older devices would be a huge improvement for usability.
This issue arose because I wanted to update the project templates where Lisa is assigned a task directly and add Lindsay to Lisa's tasks. They will divvy up the web content tasks between themselves. I don’t want to use the “web content team” here, because Charde receives her assignments using that tag, and they don’t want to pull her into Lisa's items. They want to keep using the tag to retain visibility into Charde's tasks. My idea is that "Assignments" will be include to project template Filters or Views, so that you can see who or that team is assigned to a project.
Description - We would like to see another "access" level that would enable us to assign rooms and equipment like users and track the hours those resources are utilized as part of projects. Why is this feature important to you - Our organization has studios and editing suites that leadership has asked to track the usage of as part of projects and it would be preferred to capture and report on that via Workfront rather than having to track in a separate tool. How would you like the feature to work - I would like to have the resource(s) be assigned to a task along with a licensed user and have the time the user logs also be logged against those resources and not require a manager to enter that time. Current Behaviour - The current options are to use paid licenses to create non-user accounts to be able to track time, but requiring a manager to apply the hours onto the timesheet.
Description - Allow for a field on a custom form to accept the uploading of files/photos/videos. Why is this feature important to you - It would allow our teams to get a preview of prior work that needs updating without having to navigate away from the deliverable details. How would you like the feature to work - Either a new field type or allow an existing field type to accept the uploading of files/photos/video to it, possible embedding of video/photos in the field as well. Current Behaviour - Non-existent
Our business relies on Adobe Workspace reports and the ability to export these reports to other users and other platforms. The recent change only allowing users to schedule daily reports for a maximum duration of 30 days is creating an incredible amount extra-work for our users, and causing us to re-evaluate using Adobe reporting tools in general. The ability to schedule exports of daily reports for more than 30 days (and ideally up to a year) is important because it allows our business users to connect our Analytics data with other data sources (wordpress, marketing, affiliate), and to make decisions and observations using advanced dashboards. We are very disappointed in Adobe's decision to cut costs by limiting users important activities, and hope they will reverse course on this decision. Currently we are looking at wasting many hours every month re-scheduling reports we KNOW we will be needing and using.
Hello, in the new request page, before one select a request type, we can see a bobsleigh with the text "Select a request type to begin creating your new request". It would be very helpful to replace this text/image by something customized to explain the users, what are the request types available and how to choose the right one. Can you make this possible? Kind regards Sébastien
I am able to report on WHO entered a custom form but not WHEN that person entered it. It would be most helpful to see a record of date/time that a custom form is created to help identify which is newer in the system as opposed to which one had a last update. That does not always guarantee it is the correct and newest form version. It is cumbersome to go through a form with hundreds of fields to find the minute changes just to figure out which is the original version. Of course this could have been prevented, had someone been more careful with naming and been more attentive to detail, but as you know, stuff happens. This seems like an important piece of data that most other objects in Workfront do have reporting for and I feel this same field for custom forms would be useful to many people.
1. Export of GANTT charts We need to export GANTT charts (with relevant = selected) Tasks as PDF. Basically that is already working. The problem is that as soon as it comes to a project with many tasks and a longer duration, the GANTT is splitted in the PDF. We would need an export that creates one large GANTT, that can completely viewed by scrolling to the right. 2. Export Workload Balancer information There is no export of Workload Balancer information but we would need it for longterm planning in Excel. What do we want to do in Excel - as it is not possible in Workfront directly? We want to have an overview of all our development (or others) resources from TODAY + 1y and in Excel we would highlight the percent of allocation differently.i.e. < 50 % = white 50 - 75 % = green 75 - 99 % = orange 100 % = red
Today, if you attempt to use the addHiddenFields form method with Marketo's JavaScript Forms API when attempting to write into a Program Member field, the platform requires that you have at least one program member field populated on the form itself inside Marketo. For example, if I have PMCF fields 1-10, you must have at least "PMCF Field 1" hidden on the form directly for PMCF Fields 1-10 to record. This requirement is not in place for standard Marketo fields; could we please get the ability to directly write into PMCF fields without this additional step? This becomes problematic when needing to adjust forms at scale.
Currently regardless of where you apply the Background > Conditional Formatting setting (an item in a table that spans several columns, or a single column) the formatting works the same, applying the colour scale for each column individually. However sometimes it might be more useful to apply this across multiple columns/cells instead, but this is not possible today. My suggestion is that if I click the settings cog on an item that spans multiple columns the formatting gets applied to all cells in those columns as a single group of numbers. The resulting formatting can be very different. For example, you can see in the mock-ups below that applying the formatting to each column individually produces a very different result to applying it to the group of cells as a whole: Alternatively, add an option under the conditional formatting to allow it to be added to all columns/cells as a group, or on a column by column basis.Adding this feature would make it far easier to create cross-tab style visualisations and draw the eye to important information expressed via 2 dimensions.
Description - Our organization would love to see items in Workload Balancer colour coded by task status Why is this feature important to you - task is the basic "work item" in workfront so it's quite natural that it's status is important for any work planning/allocation that usually happens in Workload Balancer How would you like the feature to work - tasks would get colour coded based on their status, each status in workfront is by design associated with a colour, so this piece is solved. Current Behaviour - Aside from default (uniform 1 colour) there are only 2 custom colour themes: Project and Project Status
The ability to create a report by custom form would be greatly useful to improve efficiency and reduce erroneously selecting the wrong columns or missing a column. The idea is that if I want a report that shows custom form 1 (issue and project object). I can select I want an issue report that pulls in all selectable fields as columns from custom form 1. This report would still have the same capabilities instead the creation mechanism allows room for columns to be "prepopulated" by custom form indication.
Description - Provide the ability to set a timer for how long you want to "temporarily lock" a document where the document unlocks itself after that time is up. Goal is to prevent other users from downloading the file while it is locked, and/or set an expiration time for the lock. Why is this feature important to you - Just saw that Box.com has this integration with Word.doc that allows you to do this when you chose to edit a Box Word.document on their server. People often forget to unlock documents and then log off of their computers, causing somebody else to have to get the System Admin to unlock it later. People usually only need to temporarily lock a document the day of / time while they're working on it... and they can usually pre-estimate how long they want to spend working on it each day.... How would you like the feature to work - Same way opening a Word document in the desktop version of Word from Box.com server does (see pictures below): 1)When click to edit a document, ask if I want to "lock it to prevent others from editing it" 2) If I pick "yes - lock" then ask me how long (pre determined time) I want to lock it, or let me lock "until I decide to check back in" 3) When the pre-determinded lock time ends, unlock the document automatically for me.
