You are correct that Workfront Fusion scenarios may not automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time (DST), which can cause confusion when managing scenario schedules and evaluating their cycles or executions. In contrast, Adobe Workfront itself does account for DST in its time zone configurations, which can lead to discrepancies between the two systems.

To address this issue with Workfront Fusion:

  • If a scenario stops running or behaves unexpectedly around DST changes, a recommended workaround is to deactivate and then reactivate the affected scenario. This action can help realign the scenario’s schedule with the correct time, accounting for DST shifts.

  • Workfront’s time zone settings are based on the organization’s instance location and user profile time zones, which do adjust for DST. However, custom forms and calculated fields in Workfront use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), which does not change with DST, so be aware of this distinction when interpreting dates and times.
