XSV-350000 Unable to load document of identifier

Dear Team,

We are getting the below error when we are selecting the CRM external account in the CRM connector in W/F. The CRM external account Schema is already existing in Campaign

"XSV-350000 Unable to load document of identifier"

'mscrm:mscrmSchemaavAVN51' and type 'xtk:schema'.

I'm experiencing something similar right now with troubles to load a List, and being unable to use it 

 

Could you find a solution for this?
