Where can I download the Javascript APIs Document file ‘JSAPI.CHM’

When I read about the Adobe Campaign API documentation, I found there is a javascript API document called 'JSAPI.CHM'.
The original saying:
       A list of all the APIs including their full description is available in a dedicated document - JSAPI.CHM.
I would like to know where to download this API document, thanks very much.

It should ideally be available inside the download center for your support portal login. If not, raise a ticket with Adobe Campaign Support at https://support.neolane.net and they will grant you access to this file.

In addition to what Vipul said, please note that the JSAPI document is under license and a check to your contract may be necessary to make sure it is available to you.
