What causes Adobe Campaign Sandbox (client) connect errors?

# The error contents are as follows.

libodbc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Unable to load the dynamic library 'libodbc.so'

Check if it is in the paths of environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH and make sure it is a 64 bits version: /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.131-3.b12.el7_3.x86_64/jre/lib/amd64:/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.131-3.b12.el7_3.x86_64/jre/lib/amd64/server:/usr/local/neolane/nl6/lib:

WDB-200000 Unable to connect to database 'cinsight.asuscomm.com' of type 'ODBC' with login 'sa:POWER_BI'

Hi,

Could you please let me know you are on which build of Adobe campaign(Server and console version) and what database is being used.

Does the error appears on login page itself or while performing some specific activity after login?

It's an adobe campaign console version.

The sample database has been imported.

Hi,

Is your server installed on the same machine? Did you install a Java JDK that is compatible with your campaign version?

Were you able to launch Campaign at least once already?
