unsubscribe an email from multiple list/services

Hi,

I have lots of list under service and subscription,

  • List A
  • List B
  • List C
  • List D
  • List F

Is that possible that when a person unsubscribes from an email that send to List A, it will also automatically be unsubscribed from List B and List C without showing them the option to show each list or check Unsubscrible From All?.

Hi Jason,

Unsubscribes do not happen from list. You can only unsubscribe from a service.

In the Profile schema there is a field called blackList. Your landing page should enable this option and then the person will never receive any communication.
