Unable to connect to Adobe Campaign 7 following upgrade

Hi there,

I am unable to connect to Adobe Campaign 7 - local IT have followed all installation steps, and IP address has been white listed. However I am receiving following error when trying to log in.

Current Build: 7.0 8795.

Hi LornaE ,

Your IP is not whitelisted on the instance for access.

Please follow the documentation Server side configurations to get the IP added in whitelist zone.

Once the IP has been added to config, a config reload will be needed which can be done from command prompt using

nlserver config -reload
