Dear AC Users,

Pls suggest the best way to find emails that were delivered successfully but not opened within 2 business days from delivery.

In recipient tracking schema, response type = unopen is not available,

I am thinking of getting the records by ->  (deliveries sent successfully - open within 2 days)

Not sure, if this is really the ideal way.

    Hi,

    You can simply query recipients who have not generated any tracking log for that specific delivery (like recipient tracking log does not exist such as delivery = 'id of the delivery').
