How to find out what time zone the Database is installed in , while the Adobe campaign was in installed in the application server.

If the instance is on-premise, you can check on this with the DBA.
In case it is hosted by Adobe, please raise a support ticket at https://support.neolane.net under the name of customer and support team will help you with the details.
