something strange happen with a communication in the subject.
I set up a Personalization Field and in the proof everything went well.
When the workflow started, the name in the subject change with the Uppercase.
What I did wrong?

This looks strange to me. Did that happen only for a specific proof or for all? Can you share the exact personalization field you selected?
It may be a bug so I'd also recommend raising a support ticket.
