SMS delivery records for status as pending / failed

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to create an export workflow to fetch SMS delivery records (with delivery percentage more than 60%) for pending and failed state using an incremental query.

I'm keen to know the exact inbuilt delivery log table and field names for the above from where I can fetch these records.

Hi @rut7, 

 

Let me pass you the information I received on this inquiry:

 

The table that holds the information is Profile Delivery logs (nms:broadLogRcp:profileBroadLog). It doesn't depend on the channel, email and SMS delivery logs are stored together. It would require setting conditions (rate > 60%) via the delivery link; it's a 1-1 link, so simple configuration. Finally, a condition on the Status field of the delivery logs to select pending and failed.
