SMS Configuration - Generic SMPP

Hi,

Have configured an external account for SMS setup using "Generic SMPP connector" in ACC v7. While sending delivery getting error as "No call method defined in an external account". Status as failed and unreachable.

Also, couldn't able to see smpp34.jsp. Please help me on how & where to get this call method smpp34.jsp?

Hi,

Can you indicate the build version of Campaign you are using? Can you double check with your provider that you actually have a SMPP account with the correct information provided to configure the external account?

The issue got resolved after getting the correct SMPP parameter values from the client.
