Save DateTime field using a CheckBox

Hi guys,

I want to save the timestamp on a date-time field, but I want to show it as a checkbox on the form. How can I achieve this please?

The idea is to store the consent in a form, but we don't need to store a True/False value but the timestamp of when it happened.
