Regarding Subsccription and Unsubscription to a service using landing pages

Hi ,

  For my landing page there are two radio buttons 

1)yes i subscribe

2) No i unsubscribe.

Is there any way to fetch the data for a profile to prepopulate this radio button based on user subscribed or unsubscribed to a service?

Also is there any way to update the subscription and subscription for new profiles based on the radio box selection

As of my understanding we cannot  do this we can just map the radio button values to a field in the profile schema an display those values.

Any help on this will be appreciated.
