Reason why transactional messages do not appear in profile history

We have a client that is asking why transactional messages do not appear in the profile history. Can someone explain this to me? I've looked through the online help files but am not finding this particular explanation.

Which type of transactional message are you sending?

If a profile-related one, it should be shown.

If event-related, it won't be shown as it has no direct link to any profile

Apologies for not responding sooner. I don't have any other information regarding the type of transactional message they were asking about. So, thank you for the additional information.

Hi @nannetter771416 - Could you please elaborate more on the transactional message.If you are looking for something specific related to profile the it must be shown.  It would be easier for us to explain you if you can elaborate what you are looking for
