Push notification permission Android 13

Hi everybody!

We have been struggling to set up our push notifications since our app is not native. We went back to test with our development app and we managed to send a push, however, all testers with Android 13 did not receive it.

We found out that Android 13 has the app's notification off by default and our app does not have the setup (yet) to ask for permission. Nevertheless, our devs believe this permission can be done inside de Adobe SDK. Is a new core SDK version already supporting the Android 13 changes with the notification permissions? Or do you have a recommendation for how this can be done?
