Push channel android and iOS issue!

Hi All and  @satheeskannak ,

 

facing issues while i try to use push channel for android through our client test APP but if we tried through web config test app it working fine!

 

scenarion Android  :

1) Configuration look correct and in the push channel seems delivered success as well (attached screenshot) .

2) if i try though pushtry app it's working absolutely fine. (attached screenshot)

 

 

scenario iOS

1) here for iOS ACS push channel getting error and no pop up (attached screenshot) through client test app

2) working fine while we test through pushtry with our web config test app 

Please anyone any clue then please try to help on this.

Hi Sumit,

 

Have you uploaded the APNS certificates to the environment yet? Typically when this error occurs it is due to an invalid or missing cert.

 

If so, can you try generating a new cert and testing again?

 

If your still getting errors at that point I would recommend reaching out to Campaign Support. We have seen numerous reports of similar errors but there are multiple root causes.
