Not access email designer

Hello i don't have any access to email designer. I have a error message :

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'serverUrl')

Have you ever had this problem ?

Hi @surmontlii,

As long as you have access to ACS then it should allow you to edit delivery templates using email designer.

I would suggest to verify your permission and take a look at this page for roles & permissions.
