Not Able to Send Alert- Status Pending
Hi,
When I try to send an alert to my email address, I always get status as Pending. No error and workflow is in finished state. What is the reason behind this?

Have you received the email ?
If you are receiving the email and only status of the delivery is not updated then you have to check the technical workflows are running or not .
If you are not receiving the emails too, Please check MTA and MTA child's log for any issue in mail sending.
