Since the last update of Campaign Standard we don't see the Prefix for Testmails anymore which normally stands before the subject. I checked the settings of the email and there everthing's correct.
Is this a known bug?

I'm not seeing anything glaring in regards to the prefix either as an existing bug or within the release notes. So unless the related discussions on the side of this post lead you to anything, I would recommend reaching out to Campaign Support to investigate further.
