Need to hit and capture HTTPS API response in a content block

I'm looking forward to hit an HTTPS API from a content block and capture its response (in JSON format) for displaying it in the email content.

I tried the HttpRequest() method but it doesn't seem to work. Any way to implement it in the transactional email messages?

Unfortunately this is not supported in ACS.
