Line Adobe Campaign Integration

Hi Team,

I have configured my Line with Adobe Campaign as per the Adobe document LINE Channel

Visitor details are not synched in Adobe Campaign. May i know how this synch happens?  Also i have made sure the Two workflows were enabled.
