Landing page for unsubcribe is not currently available although is published

Hi Community

 

We have a landing page to unsubscribe (type denylist), but when our customer clicks it from a email it says "The landing page is not currently available".

 

The landing page is published and I do a test from the landing page and it works so I don't know the problem. We have seen that the url that the customer gets and the test is different, there are uuid in it:

 

https://t.prod1.email.entity.com/lp/landingpagelabel?pkey=XXXX 

https://t.prod1.email.entity.com/lp/landingpagelabel?_uuid=YYYY&pkey=XXXX

The "page not available" is the error page defined for the landing page, isn't it?

 

Are you by any chance using oragnizational units in your instance?

Make sure your link in the email is defined as a Landing Page.
