I'm a marketer that would like to adopt adobe campaign for run my campaign. I'm using bluekai like DMP and I would like to know if it's possible to integrate DMP Bluekai audience with Adobe Campaign V7 classic. From the DMP I have the possibility to export the audience with a CSV file that is hashed. How Adobe Campaign can merge this data with the profile inside the campaign? If it's possible does exist a native integration?

Hi Christian,

To my knowledge, there is no native integration between Campaign and Bluekai. However, it is very simple to import csv files to Campaign (and to decrypt them during the process) and to update the database with its data.

Are you already using a specific version of Campaign?

    Hi and thank you for your answer.

    My campaign version is the V6 classic. My question is about the capability to decrypt the file coming from DMP. The campaign platform is able to decrypt and transform the ashed datas? witch instrument will do this?

    I'm asking this because I would not be oblige to develop an integration ...
