How to use delivery template in workflows which are configured with other Program Templates and campaign templates?

Hi @vijil,

 

You will not be able to save delivery templates used on campaign/program/workflow templates as delivery templates. Rather you copy the html and save as delivery template and use it for all purposes. As you know when you create emails on campaign/program/workflow templates allows to choose delivery templates.

You will not be able to save delivery templates used on campaign/program/workflow templates as delivery templates. Rather you copy the html and save as delivery template and use it for all purposes. As you know when you create emails on campaign/program/workflow templates allows to choose delivery templates.
