I want to learn implementation of Adobe campaign Standard instance, like setting it up from scratch and then doing workflows, campaigns, configuration step by step inside the application.
is there a certification path or learning module available which will provide me hands on and help me learn more?

@parthasarathyis correct. For any type of Campaign Standard module training, your best place to go is to the Experience League. That said, a couple of notes:
1) There is only one certification for Campaign Standard available, the business practitioner. It isn't all that technically in-depth, so it may not be what you are looking for.
2) There isn't a ton of implementation/setting up from scratch for Campaign Standard. Almost all setup/configuration is done by the Adobe Ops and Provisioning teams. That said, these modules will certainly help you with the rest of your learning desires.
