Error On Faceboook Delivery

Recently, one our facebook account that was used to publish content was de-activated. We then restored the account and tried to do a  re-delivery to facebook

Q1: How or where do I make the change to ensure that the user is an administrator of the page

Q2: Where is this user info stored in Adobe Campaign?
