Duplicate Profiles after Subscribing to a Service

Hey there!

 

I have just run across an issue with our profiles. I have recently created a Landing Page that subscribes a user to a specific service however when an existing profile subscribes through this landing page to the new service, it duplicates the profile rather than updating the existing profile with the new subscription.

 

Has this happened to anyone or does anyone have some experience that would prevent duplicates?

Hi @vbennett,

 

Can you verify write data section on the landing page properties and make sure you have the correct reconciliation key defined.

hey @satheeskannak, yes, I can confirm those parameters are set in the LP.
