We have multiple brands setup in ACS, each with their own brand codes, while one email address can have multiple profiles (max one profile per brand) across the different brands. We were hoping to send emails to people who have profiles in both brands A and B - has anyone done something like this before?

You can use 2 Query.
Query-A to pull all Brand-A profiles, and Query-B to pull all Brand-B profiles.
And you can connect both Query activity transitions with Intersection Activity and In Reconciliation type select A selection of columns and you can select email field to reconcile.
