Context.profile is undefined during personalization on ACS landing pages

On landing pages the personalization is not working on out-of-box fields like first name or email. We are just trying to display these on landing pages and got below error:

TypeError: context.profile is undefined render_HtmlPage_PAGE56([object Object],

On one of similar thread, it shows impact of Default branding causing such issue but thats for Real time event. Not sure for marketing server, if this is valid.

Can you check if you're getting this error on the OOTB landing page by having default branding?

Yes... I tried but same result 😞

Hi @sachindhir,

At this point, you may have looked at other possibilities of using a different brand instead of a default one. You can open a support ticket to see if adobe support can look at the instance.
