Content in push delivery is not updating(reflacting)

Hi Guys,

 

When I am triyng to update the content in push delivery it is not updating, actually  "save" button in not coming. I have tried in different browsers and incognito mode as will and also I have tried in different machine as well but none is working. 

 

Any suggestion?

Which fields are you trying to change?

I tried in some instance here and all is working fine.

 

Is it for content fields? delivery properties? Target segment?

 

Else just try to change multiple things to see if the button appears
