Can the message center functionality in Adobe also send SMS ?

Hi Jaspreet.Kaur,

Yes, this is certainly possible. You just need to have the mobile (SMS) package installed on RT instance.

Please check your contract before doing so.

If the instance is hosted by Adobe, we recommend to go for installation of package via support as they will internally liaise with technical operations team who maintain these instance.
