How to send surveys by email using Adobe Campaign Standard?

I found most of the documents related to survey are adobe campaign classic.

Is there any relevant documents of survey in ACS, and if so, how to use the data returned by survey?

The scenario I want to test is as follows.

First, I need to send a survey to all customers.

If the customer's survey score reaches 5 or more, I will send a push notification to them.

Has anyone implemented a similar case? Is this case feasible in ACS?

Hello,
