arrow after an email delivery

Hi, I would like your help.

Is there a way to have an arrow after an "Email Delivery" as you can see it below? I want to run an activity after the Email delivery and I am wondering if there is a setting to create an arrow.

Hi Alex,

Right click on the delivery then Open

check the generate an outbound transiton box
