equested URL '/r/?id=h36c389,7527a3,5a2eb1&amp;p1=%402MNtvYLPFhZbb2hEUBc1HqFpBCf565zCiFXVBuX%2BGyY%3D' cannot be found

and tracking log for totalcount and total open always  show 0 even after click on email..Please guide I am new on adobe.
