Adobe Campaign Standard SMS

Does Adobe Campaign Standard provide an end-to-end solution for sending SMS messages or must the client use a separate 3rd party SMS vendor as the endpoint?

(Thanks in advance for your help. I am new to both SMS sending as well as ACS .. my previous experience is with Campaign Classic email channel)

    Hi jamesm51099,

    ACS also is same as ACC when it comes to working with SMS channel.

    ACS can only facilitate creation of SMS content and tracking it. Actual sending of SMS is done by a SMS vendor.

      I am trying to understand that what kind of tracking is provided by adobe campaign for SMS channel? SMS open, click?
