Adobe Campaign Standard Data Masking

I'm looking for information on how to mask recipient profile data in Campaign Standard.  We need to be able to query attributes in each profile of the entire the population for sizing counts but should not be able to see any data (preferable) or certain fields (if cannot mask all recipient data).

 

Has anyone successfully masked their recipient profile data in Campaign Standard?

    Wondering if there is a documented approach to achieve this outcome? I see documentation for Campaign Classic to mask PII from certain user groups within the interface but not for ACS.
