Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Analytics integration using custom Share KPI with Adobe Analytics external accounts.

Hi There,

I'm looking for solution that how to integrate Adobe Campaign standard to multiple Adobe Analytics report suites using custom Share KPI with Adobe Analytics external accounts in ACS.


Actually, we have 2 separate report suite in AA and wanted to send ACS Campaign KPI to specific report suites in AA. So, we have created 2 separate Share KPI with Adobe Analytics external accounts from OOTB Share KPI with Adobe Analytics(shareKPI) external account and assigned report suite to each account. But, both the custom Share KPI with Adobe Analytics external accounts are not working and only OOTB Share KPI with Adobe Analytics(shareKPI) external account is working. 


So, anyone has a solution on this, please share or guide here.

Unfortunately it seems ACS currently just support one Report Suite or External Account for Analytics integration. Did you raise a support request yet?

My understanding is that you can only feed ACS data into AA reporting suites if you hire Adobe professional services. We have literally been scoping this out over the past few days and I was told it would be about 30 hours of work (some onshore ad some offshore). If there is a way to do this without their help, I am all ears too.

    Hi Shelly,

    Yes, I have raised support ticket and they are also saying same thing. only 1 report suite is can work means  "OOTB external account with the ID 'shareKPI'. " will work.  No any Altering the OOTB workflow is not supported.

     

    If you have any alternatives then please suggest. As I have 2 brands and wanted to share separate ACS campaign KPI for these brands campaigns to Adobe Analytics.
