Hi Campaign Users,

Is there any limitation for REST API call in Adobe IO.

We have to use Adobe IO for ACS transaction message so just wanted to understand more about the limitation for REST API call.

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

There is no limitation in terms of Adobe.IO sending your API calls to ACS.

The problem can occur on the contractual limit you might have based on the hardware provisioned. Based on the sizing agreed over in the contract signing, you have been provisioned a hardware and with that comes an upper limit to the number of API calls you can fire and the upper limit of the number of calls your servers can handle in parallel.

Please discuss with your CSM to get details around what Campaign package was provisioned for you and how many API calls you are allowed to make.
