ACS: Need encode the Special character in Subject and Plain text field

Hi,

I have problem with Page properties Email tab Subject or Plain text field in AC.
when enter Ac variables(<%=targetData.name_String || "Firstname" %>) in the Subject and Plain text fields and the single quote values are receiving in campaign side like special characters(&#34; ).

We want to encode this special characters(&#34; ) to  &quot; so that it will be fine to process from campaign side.

Above mentioned fields are loaded from - /libs/mcm/campaign/components/campaign_newsletterpage

Could you please suggest how to encode this special characters for the Subject and Plaintext fields?
