ACS - Data backup and restore guidelines

Hi,

I am trying to understand the ACS backup guidelines. We are in between of setting a new instance for ACS and need to plan the data backup policy and how to and whom to contact in case of restoring the backuped up version.

We are considering the restore requirements in case of data corruption, schema changes or resources corruption due to data load, package migration or incorrect updates via workflows. Also want to understand the backup policy if applicable for OOTB entities or custom entities also.

It will be very helpful if someone can also direct me to the document link if any on ACS documentation.
