why split activity returns wrong count of rows?

Question

I need the number of recipients with "Email comecial" not empty, meaning they have an email comercial.

Appliying a filter to the schema shows there are 7M recipients where email comercial is not empty. But using a workflow to query the recipients table and then and split activity, to not only get the recipients with email comercial not empty but also , in another segment, the recipients with celular comercial not empty, shows that only 198K recipients have an email comercial.

Why is there a difference?

Hi @god_prophet , 1- Could you share a screenshot of the General tab for your split activity? Also, is the what all options from Result checkboxes are checked or unchecked

2- Can you confirm if the filtering dimension is the same as the targeting dimension?
