Ways to retrieve deleted folder / workflow

Hello

We have a situation where one of our user deleted a Folder with few workflows inside. We restored DB backup and can found the same in DB - folders and Workflows.

 

We assumed the deleted folder & it's contents would be visible after restoring them to DB But the folder is not visible in Adobe Campaign console. (we are in v7).

 

Any additional steps needed for the folder and contents visible in  Adobe Campaign console?

Hi @harikrishna_dev76 ,
As per my knowledge and per campaign process, the deleted workflows are not recoverable even from backend db.
The only way out is store the original folder structure in an external package post creation.

    Hi @harikrishna_dev76 ,

     

    Could you Please check if your Workflows are present in the "All Workflows" View folder in the Adobe Campaign?

     

    If yes, then we can proceed by creating the folder and drag those Workflows to this newly created folder.
