Using Hadoop in Adobe Campaign Classic

Hi Guys

Can someone let me know whether which Architecture/Hosting Model of Adobe Campaign Classic facilitates using Hadoop as External Database.  Question is whether

  1. additional hosted marketing instance to manage the Hadoop connection and process is required
  2. whether it has any compatibility issues with other RDBMS
  3. whether we can access Hadoop from Classic in a fully managed Service environment.

Hi ,

Adobe Campaign provides the Federated Data Access (FDA) option in order to process information stored in one or more external databases. To check how to Configure access to Hadoop from Adobe campaign check this

FDA External Account - Hadoop

To check the compatibility matrix click here

Thanks,

Kapil

Hi,

I will say option 1. Hadoop is available on Hybrid or On-premise hosting.

Thanks
