Uploading images

Hello,

I am creating a new email template but I am not getting the "do you want to publish images" pop up.  I have my images folder but when I go to check on the images, I am seeing the following issue.  Do you know why I would not automatically be prompted to upload the images within the delivery template wizard?  I am not sure why it is looking for the images in the below location (C drive) but I do not have access to drop the images folder there either.

I have also tried to manually change the reference in the HTML to the path where it is stored on my local machine but when I do that and go to upload the images (using upload images straightaway feature), it is saying there are no images to publish.

Any help is appreciated.
