Unable to send SMS with new SMPP account.

Hi,

We have been facing this issue since a month. 

Below are the configurations provided by Provider

TX RX binds - 20

Max throughput - 400

 

Based on Above we configured as below

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We are getting three issues when we trigger a delivery with above configuration.

 

1. submit_sm command timeout.
2. New SMPP connection attempt in #TIME#... SMPP submit_sm command timeout.

3. SMPP command submit_sm failed. SMPP channel has a limited throughput. (58).

 

We went to Vendor and to them they are getting more than 400 throughput.

We have tried executing with lots of changes but still facing this issue.

Please do provide your suggestions as we are out of options.

Hello @krishnakanth_patnaik_cc  ,

 

Can you please decrease the Max MT Throughput in 3rd screenshot to 50 and then check if the throughput has decreased on SMS vendor side.

 

Also, please try to disable other SMS external accounts while sending the SMS to see if the vendor is still getting more throughput then expected.
