Unable to save Email Delivery templates in campaign while creating workflows

Hi Team,

 

I am able to create delivery templates in delivery templates folder, but when i import the delivery templates in the campaign workflows unable to save the campaign.

 

Error : BAS-010013 Session has timed out.

Hi @sachincs1991 

try to duplicate some existing delivery template and try insert into workflow.

If the issue persist you could have missing some rights on your user. Always try to clean soft cachhe before test and move nodes arround to get Save button.

If not, please, share the full error.
